Refund policy

We can offer refunds or replacements on all products we sell, in certain situations. 

Change of mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

Dahlia Tubers

Please unpack your order as soon as possible when it arrives. If you have any concerns please contact us as soon as possible. Once your tubers have been delivered you have 7 days to contact , after this time refunds will not be processed. 

If you suspect that your tuber is unviable (does not have an eye, or is damaged in such a way that it will not grow),  contact us at chrissytrezise@gmail.com as soon as possible. 

We cannot be responsible for plants failing to grow once they have been planted, or if the storage instructions provided with your tuber have not been followed.
Whilst we do our utmost best to ensure our Dahlias are virus free, we do not test for virus and therefore cannot guarantee virus free plants.
We will not refund or replace any plants that you suspect of having a virus after they are planted outside of our property, as Dahlia virus can be picked up from many different sources.

Refunds and replacements

We will notify you via email and let you know if a refund or replacement has been approved or not.

Sometimes we are able to offer a replacement of the same or similar product. This is not always the case as we are dealing with plants.

If approved, we will process your refund. Refunds may take 5-7 days to process. It can take some time for the bank/credit card company to process. If more than 10 days have passed since we processed your refund and you haven't received it into your account please contact us so we can look into it.
